The mission calls for responsibility, struggle creates brilliance! On August 26, the Eighth Provincial Construction Company, relying on the Construction Engineering Group, as the leader of the consortium, joined with Sichuan Road and Bridge Shengtong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Communications Fourth Navigation Engineering Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and successfully won the bid for Sichuan Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Industry Park design and construction general contracting (EPC) construction project. The project includes the Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Park Innovation R&D Incubation Center Project, the Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Park Park Avenue and the East Section of Heying Road Project (Phase II and Phase III). The winning bid for the project is about 1.012 billion yuan. This is another key project of the company following the Jinyi Connection Line Project (EPC+F) in Yibin City, Sichuan Province, to forge ahead with the general contracting model of the project.

Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Park Innovation R&D Incubation Center project plans to use 58137.83 square meters of land, and the main building area is 165483.67 square meters. The project is generally divided into three phases of construction, including 10 above-ground buildings and a basement, above-ground supporting ancillary projects and supporting park green spaces. Some of the above-ground buildings include 1 park enterprise product display building, 1 park comprehensive service building, 1 supporting house for employees of the parks settled in the park, 4 parks settled corporate office buildings, 1 park enterprise headquarters base, and 1 park business incubation building. R&D building, 1 park supporting hotel and corridor.

Xichang Vanadium and Titanium Industrial Park Park Avenue and Heying Road East Section (Phase II and Phase III) project includes two roads, namely Section A of Park Avenue and Section B of Park Avenue, with a total length of 4,231.675 meters. Section A is 3,518.845 meters long and 50 meters wide; Section B is 712.83 meters long and 50 meters wide. The construction content of the project includes earthwork, roadway engineering, sidewalk engineering, sidewalk tree engineering, roadside stone engineering, lighting engineering, traffic safety engineering, power shallow trench engineering, integrated pipeline engineering, rainwater pipe engineering, sewage pipe engineering, etc.
